- Convenient and quick e-transmission of your bank and credit card statements, vendor invoices and other pertinent information to SBOS.
- Assurance your books are maintained on a full accrual basis so you have an accurate presentation of your results on a monthly basis.
- Performance of a soft close on non-quarter end months, a full close on the quarter end and year end along with preparing a final file for your CPA to prepare your tax returns.
We offer two affordably priced accounting solutions subject to your accounting needs.
Silver Level Support: $600 per month
- 10 hours of dedicated Accounting Manager support per month to handle data entry and monthly close activities and establishment of accounting processes and procedures.
- Up to 10 customer invoices assuming our Accounting Manager has access to the billing data.
- A set of accrual based statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
- Set-up and maintenance of payroll and ensure all tax filings are processed timely.
- Ensure all activity is reconciled with monthly bank statements.
- Prepare supporting schedules to monthly close package.
- Prepare year-end tax file for your CPA.
Gold Level Support: $900 per month
- Includes all of the above support plus an additional 5 hours dedicated support by our Accounting Manager to handle increased volume for invoicing, vendor payments etc.
- Prepare annual budget (P & L Only).
Cost of QuickBooks Online and the use of an external payroll service will be paid directly by the customer to the applicable supplier and not included in the bundle pricing noted above.
