Respondents will be added to the distribution list for the next compensation survey for 2014. This compensation survey distribution list gets about 3-5 emails over the course of 3 months when the authors announce they are (1) seeking participation, (2) reminding folks they are seeking participation, and (3) when the survey has been published.
