Indiana-based Company Acquires Pacific Sleep Medicine Services, Inc. and Sleepwell Partners, LLC
CARMEL, Ind.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dormir, Inc. an integrated provider of sleep diagnostic services, sleep therapy, and equipment to patients and their physicians (and Scale Finance client), announced today the acquisition of PACIFIC SLEEP MEDICINE SERVICES, INC. and SLEEPWELL PARTNERS, LLC, from AVASTRA USA, INC., a subsidiary of AVASTRA SLEEP CENTRES LIMITED (ASX: AVS). Dormir, Inc. acquired 15 locations in California, Oregon, and Utah. Dormir now operates diagnostic sleep centers in 16 states. The acquisition includes an agreement to manage Pacific Sleep Medicine, a California medical corporation, consisting of seven doctors solely focused on sleep medicine and sleep-related research. The physicianowners of Pacific Sleep Medicine are Milton K. Erman, M.D., Yury Furman, M.D., and Stuart J. Menn, M.D., each of whom is a board certified sleep physician.
