Michael Tolliver formerly served as Finance Director for R&D & Technology Development at Becton Dickinson; VP with Silicon Valley Bank focusing on Life Sciences; Finance Director of medical device manufacturer Novoste; GE Capital and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Roger Portaro was formerly VP & Commercial Finance Manager, Merrill Lynch Global Bank; SVP & Product Head, BOA Global Corporate & Investment Banking; and VP & Commercial Relationship Manager, JP Morgan Chase. Silver, Tolliver, and Portaro are all MBAs.
