Competition Accessories LLC (www.compacc.com) announced the acquisition of Cruiser Customizing, the premier online retailer of metric cruiser aftermarket parts and accessories effective as of 8-01-15. Cruiser Customizing is expected to operate as a separate division retaining its headquarters in Livermore California and the distribution center in Lavergne Tenn for the foreseeable future. Competition Accessories LLC was formed in late 2014 with the merger of CompetitionAccessories.com and CheapCycleParts.com, one of the largest online sellers of genuine OEM parts.
Scale Finance Managing Director Dave Gilroy advised Competition Accessories on this strategic growth transaction from beginning to end. Terms were not disclosed.
