SF Assists Semper Investment Company in Acquisition of ACM Removal

ACM Removal focuses on mold removal and asbestos detection and remediation. Founded in 1996 in Wichita, Kansas, the company primarily serves local and regional markets.

Boston-based Semper Investment Company is managed by Coast Guard veteran John Fox. Semper’s mission is to back veteran entrepreneurs who buy and operate small to mid-size businesses.

SF provided advisory support for this change-of-control transaction, and SF Managing Director Dave Gilroy is an investor in ACM going forward.

ACM Removal’s professional remediation services include mold removal and remediation; asbestos inspection, material sampling and testing, removal, abatement and disposal; animal droppings removal, clean-up, and disposal; and selective demolition including removal and disposal of flooring, walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, and contents.

The Company serves residential, commercial, and government entities, working directly with home and business owners, facility and property managers, contractors, realtors and house flippers to complete thorough and quick-turnaround projects.

ACM is certified with the EPA and SBA and qualifies as a veteran-owned business.

ACM expects to continue to grow organically via geographic and market segment expansion as well as via logical acquisitions over time.
